Control system UniGEN 

Big control system for co – generating units and other motor – generated machine units with graphic display 240x180 points, wide possibilities of control, communication and configurability.

It supports all modes of cooperation with network P (parallel), I (island), E (emergency), P+I, P+E, separation of active power (in mode P) and both active and reactive powers (in mode I) between several machines without necessity of governing control system.

It enables both manual and automatic mode of control, copying of object consumption etc.

Firmware of control systems includes complete algorithms for control of co - generating unit (control of operation parameters, regulation, phasing, back phasing). Algorithms of control systems are possible to adjust on custom level by functions according to installation specifications. By mapping it is possible to configure both analog and binary inputs and outputs. Control system is possible to monitor, calibrate, program and develop single adjustments in algorithm after its connection to PC by program Manager. In bottom part of display of control system there is always actual state of machine unit and mode (manual /automatic, local / remote, given power / copy).

On basic screen of generator is in form of "alarm - clocks" information about active power and rotation of machine unit, required power, power, that is regulated and indicators of purposes of power limitation. Next screen of generator offers information about voltage, current, power and frequency of generator. On next screens of generator it is possible to review state of protection of generator or statistics.

On basic screen of network there is indicated state of genions, produced and supplied power. On other screens than as by generator you can find information about voltage, current, power and frequency of network, state of network protection.

Directly on display of control system it is possible to review history of records, display is possible to switch between 8 rows for display (without state description) or 4 rows for display (and with state description) 

Almost all parameters can be entered directly from keyboard of control system (two levels of access according to password – customer /service). If control system is connected by regulator of rotation SpeedCON or ignition TMCI2, it is possible to adjust parameters of network protection from keyboard of control system, but access to its setup is possible to block only by seal on its back side of control system.

On control system display it is possible to review a lot of other information (states of analog or binary inputs), to review diagnostics of connected modem, to review and adjust setup of Ethernet interface etc.

Control system is possible to control very easy, adjust and diagnose by service program Manager (including upgrade of firmware) whether locally after connection of control system to PC by RS-232 or at a distance through internet.
