Circuit of electronic ignition UIS2

Electronic ignition of new generation for 4÷8 cylinder motors, intelligent control of pre – ignition and energy. Detailed description of ignition can be found here.

Process of signals

Ignition supports both double – sensor reading (gear ring turning on rotation of motor + "reset" thus reading of half - turn) and single – sensor reading (gear ring with "additional teeth", which is rotating on half - turn). From "reset" or additional teeth is winded the first cylinder burning, see picture: 

Number of teeth in both variants is defined by parameter and is independent on cylinders count.

Easy adjustment of pre - ignition

Adjustment of pre – ignition by service program Manager is very easy. After activating mode of adjustment of pre - ignition TMCI2 burns with pre  ignition 0° (in top dead centre).
 
After connection of stroboscope it is sufficient to measure angle on first cylinder in mode of adjustment of pre - ignition (without fuel mixture, only for starter) and this value enter in service program. 
 
Than pre – ignition is adjusted (stroboscope indicates angle 0°). After mode of adjustment of pre – ignition will be TMCI2 burning with parameter defined pre - ignition.
